Shipping policy

To deliver the PRODUCTS, MINI PETANQUE PARTY has a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the order, but for "non-standard" products, in particular personalized tables, an additional period may be agreed. in agreement with the CLIENT.

The PRODUCTS are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process. The delivery time includes the preparation time of the package and the transit time.

In the event of payment by check, the order will be processed upon receipt thereof. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of the check and may therefore be different and modified compared to those mentioned on the day the order is placed. The shipping times indicated on the PRODUCT sheets and during the validation of the order are given as an indication only and can under no circumstances be the subject of a complaint if they are exceeded.

The CUSTOMER has the obligation to verify the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery. Any anomaly concerning the PRODUCT (damage, missing PRODUCT compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken, defective PRODUCTS, etc.) must be reported to the company MINI PETANQUE PARTY upon receipt of the package and as soon as possible (under 3 maximum days).


If the customer's package is returned by the service provider of the company MINI PETANQUE PARTY for the following reason: NPAI (Does not live at the Address Indicated), package not claimed during the period of proceedings, package refused by the recipient during from delivery, the package will be returned to the customer against payment of the shipping costs corresponding to this second shipment.

In the event of proven non-conformity of the goods delivered, the MINI PETANQUE PARTY company undertakes to exchange the product or to reimburse the CUSTOMER.
